What are the operation hours and prices for the Volcano Fountain Sho.. |
- The Volcano Fountain Show, held throughout the year, starts at 20:30 and lasts about 12 minutes. The show is free of charge. We have an outdoor buffet restaurant at the center, so the show can be viewed from the sides.
Outdoor buffet restaurant hours: 18:00~21:30
Prior reservation is recommended.
Prices: Adult \75,000, Child (ages 4~12) \42,000

Where can I withdraw cash on the hotel grounds? |
- There is a Shinhan Bank branch within the hotel. Take the stairs across from the Concierge Desk on the 8th floor (Main Building lobby floor) and go down to the 7th floor. There is also a Shinhan Bank ATM (07:30~23:00) next to the central elevators in the lobby floor.

What time is check-in and check-out? Is late check-out available? |
- Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out is 11:00. However, during the summer peak season, check-out time is 11:00 in order to avoid crowding.
Late check-out is available for a fee, subject to daily occupation rate. We charge 30% of room rate for check-out at 15:00, 50% for 18:00, and the full rate for later hours.

I will be taking an infant. What services are available? |
- We offer various services for guests traveling with infants. First of all, you can request a baby crib when checking in at the Front Desk or by calling extension no. 57 from the room. Baby bottle sterilizer can also be requested by calling extension no. 57. We have a coffee pot in every guest room, so hot water can be readily made for baby formula. You can get purified water from water and ice dispensers located in the corridor of each floor, and free rental of baby carriage by calling extension no. 0 from the room or the Bell Desk in the lobby.

Is there a shuttle bus service? |
- Sorry! Were not offering shuttle bus service. You can get here in Lotte Hotel Jeju by limousine bus. There is a red-colored limousine bus in front of Jeju airport. The Fee is KRW3,900 (one way ticket)
