MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGE
Lotte Hotel’s Privilege membership program is a major value-added rewards program in Korea.
The Privilege members can earn points on room stays and visits to the hotel restaurants and bars, and enjoy special benefits.
Introduction
1. About Privilege Membership
▪ Lotte Hotel’s Privilege membership is a rewards program that rewards you with points for your stays and visits to any Lotte brand hotel.
▪ Points may be earned on stays and charges that qualify: 5% on room stays and 1% on food and beverages.
(Lotte Hotel Moscow rewards 3% on room stay only)
▪ One privilege point has cash value of US$1. Points are converted in Korean won based on the exchange rates offered by the Lotte Hotel.
▪ The points may be used as cash at Lotte Hotel, Lotte Duty Free Shop, partner hotels and resorts as shown below.
- Room stays: Points redeemed in units of 10 points when the balance reaches more than 100 points
- Food & beverages: Points redeemed in units of 1 point when the balance reaches more than 10 points
(※ Earning and redeeming points for food and beverages are limited to Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, Jeju, Ulsan and Busan.)
- Lotte Duty Free Shop: Points redeemed in units of 1 point when the balance reaches more than 100 points
- Lotte Buyeo Resort & partner hotels: Points redeemed for a Privilege Voucher in units of 100 points when the balance reaches more than 100 points
